Member sent a certified (via USPS with signature required) and hand-delivery via front gate of the
same letter where member was invited to attend meeting July BOD meeting.
Corey Miller made a motion to fine Mr. Shoffet $100 flat fee for excessive speeding. David Bass seconded. Motion passed. (Bob Morrison opposed)”
